For this development, we provided windows, front, back and bi-folding doors in two colours: Chartwell green and Anthracite grey.
In addition to complementing these outstanding buildings with stylish windows and doors, we also supplied Cavalok Big Blok 125 mm cavity closers, helping to close openings around the windows and doors, contributing to a lower U-value and the prevention of thermal bridging.

To enhance the design of the new homes, casement windows were installed in by us, using logik 70mm profile. Thanks to its unobtrusive gasket line and slim profile, this product provides an aesthetic look and a clean sight line to any home.
To fit the needs of every development, using this A-rated, airtight, and durable profile, we can deliver windows in all styles, including casement, flush casement, tilt and turn and French, among others. What’s more, you can select from three different styles of frames.

Complementing the rest of the newly built homes, our team of installers fitted in timber composite front doors in two styles, including Solidor Palermo Solid and Flint 2 style, with chrome handles and low threshold.
For ultimate security, the doors were fitted with Avantis Lock and Key Wind Up insurance and police approved locking systems. Avantis Lock provides an extremely strong hook and bolt system, carrying the market’s first 25mm triangulated dead bolt, significantly increasing the compression and security on a closed door. Key Wind Up is an STV Cobra 2 mechanism, which is tested in accordance with DIN18103 (burglar resistant doors) and approved by major UK insurance companies. Both locking systems meet the security standard of PAS24.
For this development, we provided aluminium bi-folding doors with black handles. They are also highly secure, PAS 24 tested products provided with key locking options.
This product can be offered with up to 14 sashes, opening inwards and outwards. What’s more, they can be provided with either even or odd number sashes.
For these products, we used A-rated 4mm double glazed toughened and 6.8mm clear and Stippolyte patterned laminated glasses.
These products offer outstanding airtightness with spacer bars curved or cut in corners. In addition, their modern technology double glazing helps to avoid heat loss as well as protect against over-heating.
All items we manufacture are tested to PAS24 standard and we are also registered with; Constructionline, CHAS, SMAS, CQMS and Builders Profile.
